We have been told we have Interim Permission to come into effect from April 2014. Good news. Not in favour of regulation for the sake of it but IMO the P2P/P2B market needs some form of assurance for lenders. Okay the FCA are often an 'after the event' bunch but nonetheless will bring credibility to the market. So expect from April you'll have the FCA logo on the AC site?
