Mine is still going after the normal pause from midnight to 5 am.
It seems to prefer buying to selling currently though, as the uninvested cash is down.

Me 350 in the current splurge, which started at exactly 10:00 yesterday. Most of them in Finesse which has a sort of redolence.

Looks like I had just over 200 transactions yesterday, none today so far, a lot of mine were for just 18p - strange!

Okay, I've seen the thread and will take a look. And what did you find Chris? Is it safe to put money back into the GBBA or will I get a load of £0.01 parts?

Something happened to my account at just after 2pm... A final sale of 168 and since its been happily buying others. The net result is that I'm a fair bit more invested instead of in cash, so overall probably not a bad thing. thanks for having a look chris .

The same for me! I invested 7k but after 4 days only 4k hooked (invested). I decided to withdraw the "unwanted" 3k laying in "awaiting investment" status to invest in other platforms. After a while I accessed my AC account and discovered the system decrease my invested money and increase the awaiting investment.
I noticed the awaiting investment funds is not a fixed number but change from time to time....sometimes the number increase and sometimes decrease. Why the awaiting investment goes up and down? I thought once the money lent are matched, they stay matched.
is anybody out there able to explain this phenomenon in simple words? thanks

It's the diversification rules. There aren't enough loan units available at the moment to fully invest (more loans are on their way which will fix this). When you uninvest your funds that then you're reducing your holding in that account which also reduces the maximum amount the system can lend to any one loan, so it has to sell. The fluctuations are based on two things, speculative selling to try and invest in other loans to diversify your holdings, and fluctuations in the total amount invested in the account by all lenders which in turn affects provision fund level diversification.
There's a new release of the software happening next week which aims to reduce or remove those fluctuations but we still need more loans to draw down and become available for the system to work optimally. Another tweak that'll be released at the same time will help address the idle funds issue to a degree.

Thanks Chris, that means an account holder, in order to have all his money invested, need to have a surplus of offer (in terms of available borrowers in GBBA). BY the way I just withdraw only the funds laying in the awaiting investment status.

BY the way I just withdraw only the funds laying in the awaiting investment status. Yes, you'd need at least 5 loans with sufficient loan units for sale to be able to fully deploy your funds. There are some changes in the update next week to help with that but we still need more supply for the accounts to work properly. There's a fair few loans scheduled to draw down in weeks 3 and 4 this month which should provide that supply.

What I don't like. or understand, is why on 3rd Sept at 17.15 over £260 of my holdings are sold and a day later only about £5 has been re-invested.

And a family member of mine has some ridiculous activity in this account. Take a look at the following, all taking place within the space of ~10mins, some within the space of a few milliseconds, all transacting the same loan:

chris, is this the intended behaviour? The silly thing is, the net result of all of this manic trading is that £185.94 of this loan was sold, yet the overall position of the account shows uninvested funds of £362.90, or 23% of my family-member's holdings in this account (after the above activity). The activity seems to have been set off by my family-member investing a further £500 in the GBBA.
