This seems to me to be another reason why members of the geia and gbba should have a regular view of their holdings in the funds, my vote around what to do in the case of a loan in trouble would probably be very different based on the amount of holdings i had at risk and i am not sure letting somebody else make those votes for me when its my money at risk is a good idea for me or the provision fund, exposing them to considerable anger if thing go wrong and they had in effect ended up with the casting votes. I think differently, it's a sort of managed fund, let the managers deal with such things. If I was AC the last thing I would want is to rock the boat of those sort of investors who just want it all to be done for them, which is whom the GBBA is for (sorry mangled English).

I’ve just checked a family member’s GBBA only to find that it has been continually buying and selling loan 168 F****** (C**) Ltd and nothing else since 10:00 am today and has made 209 transactions so far and shows no sign of stopping. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Me too....with the added kicker that my actual 'invested' balance in GBBA has been dropping since Saturday and moving me to cash. Perhaps it knows something I don't.

I haven’t personally invested in the GBBA (and unlikely to do so) but looking at my daughter’s account, I am intrigued as to how you know which loans you are invested in.
All I can see is the transaction record but I’m damned if I’m going to trawl through that and / or keep a manual record, am I missing the obvious?

No, but in the case of #168 its currently hard to miss

Still going 9+ hours later! Think its trying to break the world record for 'flippin' Server reactor must be about to explode keeping track of the all shrapnel & nanopence of accrued interest. Being a bit of an anarchist, Ive just chucked in todays interest from the MLIA to give it a push!

All I can see is the transaction record but I’m damned if I’m going to trawl through that and / or keep a manual record, am I missing the obvious? We've had a chat about that here a few weeks ago and they don't want to the reason being (my words) that it's managed for you, you cant exclude any particular loans or double up on others so even if you knew you wouldn't be able to do anything (other than withdraw from GBBA altogether)

My level of invested cash in GBBA is down a few hundred from yesterday evening which was the last time I looked.
I do have pages of 168 buys/ sells but more sells than buys, some at £70+ a time. 168 was, from memory I've not got the actual stats to hand, my second largest loan in GBBA so there is some logic to try to balance it but that isn't quite what is happening.

AC personnel are conspicuous by their absence, poor form IMO considering that this “malfunction” was flagged up 9 hours ago.

Mine stopped about 7pm when it took a punt on #114 for a change. So far it seems happy with its choice.
