One nice-to-have on the website would be that the download of transaction statement includes loan part number (as seen on screen).

jfm Sorry for the delayed response; I missed your original post! Good idea and I have asked the IT team to put this on the development board. Thank you for the suggestion. Kind Regards, Parag

Another suggestion parag - the "Send notificaton" button has a very quick response that immediately disappears. I am sure you must get multiple button presses as we are unsure if we actually pressed it the first time. Perhaps a little OK box to confirm receipt would help?

jfm I can see 2 from you today! I'll get the IT guys to arrange a pop-up box which acknowledges the button click.

Hi parag. I made a deposit over two hours ago but my account has still not been credited. Surely when you've literally just launched a loan you would be far more vigilant in crediting accounts ( and yes I did complete the notification). Come on guys, some of your competitors are light years ahead of you in this respect

jonno. Apologies, there are some issues with our banks website at the moment. We will keep trying and credit deposits ASAP.

jonno Lloyds seem to have a nationwide outage for business internet and mobile banking at the moment which they are aware of and working on.

parag - as a relatively new user, I've not yet used the SM. Is there an option to split larger loan parts when they're put up for sale? If not, can there be? Or in the interum, can there at least be the option to place more than 5 multiple bids in one go? I understand that the drop down menus and declaration of terms are there for a reason, but it's an extremely long process if you want to invest a largish amount in smaller parts. Actually, I'll retract part of that statement - as long as the default setting is '1', the checking box for if you want to make multiple bids isn't needed; it just adds further keystrokes to the process. Apart from that, so far, I've found the look and usability of the site to be pretty slick - well done. MONEY Currently there is no option to split loan parts when placing them for sale on the SM. We are currently looking at allowing lenders to make a higher number of multiple bids at once. In the meantime, if you would like to place a large amount of bids, please email me at parag@fundingempire.com and I will let you know what you need to do in order for us to place bids manually for you. Will look at making the multiple bids box default to '1' to remove the need for extra keystrokes when lenders only wish to place one bid. Thank you for your feedback in regards the site which I will pass onto the others.

While we are on website suggestions, a total funds on platform figure would be a helpful addition to the dashboard. I currently have to add 'available+bids' and 'total loan parts' when I do my monthly round up. Maybe include the loan parts in the Funds Summary pie? I really like the Upcoming Payments section, very useful. Oh... and a few more loans please.

The total investment figure is already included on the lender dashboard under the bar chart named 'Future Earnings and Current Investment'. This provides you with the outstanding capital figure for all loan parts you currently own.
Are you suggesting adding this figure to the total bid and available funds figure to give a total funds on platform figure?

Yes, i.e. how much is my total platform exposure? It's no biggie though. In fact it would save about 10 seconds per month, so not really worth the time to code!

I joined up following the enticing message on this board entitled "10.5% 5 year excellent security loan" and there was quite a long delay before the loan started to pay interest.
My "Actual rate of return" is showing on the FE website as -6.17%, I'm not sure how this is calculated or if it takes account of the "goodwill gesture" allocated to investors in the above loan, but it doesn't make sense to me.

Steerpike I'll ask the IT guys to have a look at your account too. If your username on the platform is different to the one you use on here, please PM me your username.
