Managed to get in before it all went manic. Looked at the docs and the greatest concern is that planning permission/change of use hasn't yet been granted for the apartments and restaurant but the valuation is dependent on this. Furthermore the valuation on the basis of a 90 day sale is £900,000, only £95,000 above the loan amount. On the plus side there is a valuation of £3.66m gross development value.

This is worst than the previous debacle , wouldn't matter if they limited the bid to £100 per investor - the sever is not up to the job !
