In fairness, once I got in, I was in, and able to get everything done (unlike last time when every step took multiple attempts)... and took less time overall....but still, not great...

Apologies for the server connectivity issue. The website is now responding.
This was the first stress test of the new server infrastructure and it is clear there is still some issues during high demand. Our IT dept is currently investigating the cause of this issue.

I've invested £100. I feel a bit nervous about this one.

Planning permission has been granted. This purchase was a Subject to Planning. The valuation is accurate.

Knowing that planning permission has been granted does make this more attractive. This should have been made clear in the particulars. It's a bit like PBL42 where there was extra security for the loan but we didn't know until later.

What are the odds on getting planning permission for a three storie extension on a grade 2 listed building? Based on what else is already there I don't think it'd be out of place (it's a popular area for folk to wander round - fair number of shops, restaurants and smart looking apartments on the sides of the river) - provided they work with the planners rather than ask for the ridiculous I think it should be OK. EDIT - oops too slow (was too busy trying to work out exactly where it was), ah well

Bit of work for SS to do, currently 19 loans in the negative Yes, and it would be useful if the available funding figure didn't offset the negatives against the positives in the calculation. At least the total no longer goes negative but we still have the situation where the total shows £0.00 available when there are loans to invest in (because the total negatives are more than the positives). Edit: Just after I wrote this it seems that SS went back to the old calculation to show negative total availability when negatives outweigh positives.

Couldn't get in to SS platform, grabbed quick lunch and hey presto, all gone (loan 050, not the Australian wickets!). Why can't SS put a limit on size of bids in first 24 hours (like other, similar sites)? Otherwise loans are going primarily to a wealthy few rather than being true PtP. Disappointed

Disappointed Many of us have been asking this of savingstream for many months, but as with ALL of my emails they NEVER respond. It's not even like the size limit would have to be all that low on most of the loans.
