Yes interest is right, though seems to have taken two attempts. (A*0.18)365/27 where A = investment ilmoro: Are you sure you don't mean... (A*0.18)/365*27 or (A*0.18)*(27/365) ??

It's still very manual to do these so it would have been showing incorrectly for a little while whilst we go through all the steps - it's initially paid out as of todays date and then we have to force the system to back date all the transactions and recalculate the accrued interest. Should be showing all the correct figures now. I was watching in realtime so could see it evolving. One quick query. Would it make sense/be possible to copy the Recent Activity/Q&A sections from the old loans to the new as well? While existing holders have easy access to old communication on their dashboards Repaid loans, purchasers on the AM dont. I think that's a great suggestion ilmoro; for the moment the quick way for AM buyers to get access to this info is by the new facility of 'Auction no. search' which has appeared today under the filter button. But you still have to know the old No. and realize that there was an old loan in the first place.

But you still have to know the old No. and realize that there was an old loan in the first place. There are three entries in the Hackney Recent Activity at the moment -- today's, the last one from the original loan, and the following, which obviously has been backdated... The text and the inclusion of the prior auction number should make it clear there was an old loan -- though the presence of 'Extension' in the loan title is a strong clue too -- and also make it easy to find. The only other thing that might make it even easier would be to make the 'Auction 67' words a link to the old auction itself.

Yeah got that the wrong way round. Thanks mike For some reason when I use my tablet it keeps moving the cursor away from where Im typing and sometimes I end up not being able to see what Im typing. Using the delete key often shuts the browser down. Something to do with compatiblity with certain sites. Involves a lot of swearing and repeated editing.

Thanks for that mikes1531, I hadn't actually looked at that loan, this issue came up awhile back; I'm thinking of Bolton and Anglesey, I can't remember about S. Manc. etc IN EDIT S. Manc. was an auction rather than a temporary extension as many of the other bridges have been.

What it you ilmoro who asked/had a question deleted in the Q&A on the 5th Sept because you were typing a personal email and you accidentally posted it as a Q in the Q&A.

Dont remember seeing those earlier, however, certainly seems that AC have picked up on all the issues surrounding the I****h extension. Email came out pretty promptly as well. Big thumbs up

For some reason when I use my tablet it keeps moving the cursor away from where Im typing ... I have a similar problem with my phone -- usually caused by another finger getting too close to the screen and the phone thinking the other finger had 'tapped' it. Touch-screens don't actually have to be touched! PS. I don't have one, but think it was Samsung's S4 that made a feature of allowing the phone to respond when fingers merely came close to the screen. My thought at the time I heard about that was that it looked like a disaster in the making for clumsy people like me and a sincere hope that if I ever bought a phone that had that feature it also would have a 'disable this feature' option.

Yeah phone does it too (An S2). Odd thing is that the tablet is a hybrid and it also happens when Im using the keyboard rather than the touchscreen. Delete key issue is also the keyboard. Only really happens on this site. Maybe I should work out how to use the dictatype features it probably has - though if that gave the same result my posts would just be a list of expletives

I made the mistake of holding my breathe for the Bolton Loan to be repaid, I'm now in an iron lung... I forget who this is after?
