Sold a chunk of Hackney without problem despite 200k+ being available. Notice that the entry in the MLIA still says 'annualized rate 18%' not 15%, need a bit of tidying up there Colin or chrisEdit. To clarify, the 18% is in the entry made into the MLIA statement for the sale, not the loan list which shows the correct rate

I reduced my target in H to zero last night and it sold at 23.24. I did the same for E & I a couple of weeks ago with E going quite quickly but I still hasn't sold. Very similar experience here, but so far I'm holding Hacky. In July I got very impatient waiting for "New Assetz" and had a weak moment or two, ignoring my intuitive response to some loans and buying bigger chunks than was appropriate for the size of my loan book. If Ippy had sold I would still be holding Hacky, as I think it has a good chance of coming through in the end. For now I need to reduce some of those chunks and spread the risk more sensibly. I just prefer to learn about the various paths a default can take at a more gentle pace - I sleep better that way!

It's interesting what you can come across when looking at the archives... Yes, it will be interesting to see what happens when £2.2M of Hackney proceeds arrive in lenders' accounts. Will most of that flow into available investments at lower rates? Or will most of that flow out of AC? Nearly a year on, we might actually find out!
