In the new Q&A system at the top of the page there is the box to enter a new question, this is quite large. I am already finding it tedious having to scroll down on every single loan to see the first question and answer (which most of the time is what I am going to want to see). chris instead can this be hidden until we press a button at the top of the page.
Also there is what I assume to be an automatic holding answer which says there will be a response in 3 days, but we have just signed up to terms saying response will be in 2 days (unless 3rd party involvement). If this is not an automatic response and has been a team members actual estimate of the time to answer the particular questions, apologies.

I don't find the scrolling particularly onerous, but being at the top, it might encourage people to ask a Q that has already been asked. If it was back at the bottom, there is a chance the list of Q's might be scanned first.

If you dont accept the Q&A rules then the box doesnt display, just hit submit and you go into read only mode. Obviously if you then want to post, just change your settings. Confused me first time.
