Provided that sufficient others agreed would you invest in this property, or if you are already an investor would you double up, in order to get it acquired?

I'd need a maybe/don't know option as it's something I've been thinking about. The fact it's already tenanted is a definite plus for me (especially when a number of my others aren't yet)... but putting more in would mean changing the "rules" I set myself about how much to put in this type of property at this time (having only been using PM a couple of months). Double would definitely be more than I'd want.

For no particular reason I chose not to invest in this one but went for one of the Burnley mid terrace properties. Perhaps propertymoose should send out an email circular to give this one a boost because I can't see any reason why it should be hanging around like it is

They have negotiated another £5K reduction in the price so I have doubled up.

I've just put in a small amount as well - all of my PM investments are fairly small to build up diversity
