Any thoughts on this one? I imagine that if the loan defaults disposing of a half finished boat could be slow and difficult. It would be helpful if we had some information about the borrower, eg is this his only asset?

Seems a lot of uncertainty in the valuation. Ive already got a potential default on a yacht refurb so only put in a small punt. {NPI} Meanwhile, in the absence of Grumps, our resident nautical cove, here's another boat lover prepare to repel webwiz
