Cheers GB. I will chase up with SS again It may depend on the higher level spam settings that apply before the emails hit your account. They'll only go into your spam folder if they arrive from your provider, but as has been said, many providers filter out before even sending at all. Whether you are able to do anything about that will depend on the provider, I believe.

OK, thanks. I will have a look into it. Just frustrating that I have previously (sometimes) received updates, which theoretically are sent from the same place to my email which is unchanged. I presume there must be something "smart" about filtering like that.
The lack of notifications to non-UK mobiles is also annoying, but that is a different matter...

The lack of notifications to non-UK mobiles is also annoying, but that is a different matter... ...... and also immaterial as things stand, because by the time the SMS arrives there are already too many people who are quick off the mark trying to log in and crashing the system, so the SMS would be no help at all, other than to get you a little more annoyed than you were before
