Hi,
How do I see my total exposure to a specific business, or all my loan parts belonging to a business?
My FC summary is showing that I have up to £600 exposure to one business, but I don't have more than £200 in specific loans...
The loan parts list does not include the business names, so where can I get this information from?
Thanks, B.

Unfortunately you can't without either munging the data yourself or asking FC to run you a report.
A bit pants to be honest.

I recently asked Furiously Crunching to crunch the figures for me to explain why my diversity had grown to 0.7% because you can't very easily do it yourself. They replied:
"With regards to your question, the loans which make up 0.7% of your portfolio are 14***, 14***.
I have attached a spreadsheet containing all of your linked businesses, which I hope you find useful.
In order to determine this yourself, you would have to cross reference the loan IDs in your portfolio with the related_auctions tab found in the loan book downloaded from the statistics page. Using text to columns to separate loans with more than related auction, then a VLOOKUP formula should allow you to identify which of your loans are collected. Unfortunately this is not the most ideal way to identify these loans and we appreciate that more user friendly way would be helpful for investors.
I have password protected the spreadsheet with ******.
I hope this helps, and please let me know if I can help with Anything else.
Kind regards,
Jack"
Although they take two days to reply, it's obviously easier to just ask them.

Yeah, it was Jack who ran the report for me when I asked about it.

However, I am still not clear on where I could get the data to do it myself. I can't see any page on FC showing businesses and their associated loans...

I can't see any page on FC showing businesses and their associated loans... Go into each loan, and look at the borrower name. Look at the Financial Summary tab, and see if there are any other loans listed there - this might not be gospel, though. Then there's the linked-SPV-management issue around property... That's a whole 'nuther can of worms, and is going to involve you getting up close and personal with DueDil or similar to see who's behind what. The Investor Report, summary and Q&A might give you clues, though again - not gospel.

The full loanbook spreadsheet does not contain business names or their IDs, so that cannot be used to relate businesses to specific loans. The full loanbook is not any more useful than my own list of loans.

But it does (or at least did) contain an easily readable list of the related loans, in one of the columns ('easily readable' is a bit misleading, because the list contains commas, which is messy in a .csv file, but still Excel can unravel it OK).
