Have we all had the email plugging it? I'm not sure it adds a heck of a lot, but it's quite pretty, with a map an' everything...

Seems purely cosmetic. I would rather they concentrated on more important matters.

Hi both
I'm sorry that you feel that the dashboard doesn't add value. We based much of the changes on client feedback but, as explained in the email, this is the first release with a further release due next week to fix any bugs (inevitable as although we test on a replica server, it isn't the live environment).
Just to give you an overview of the main changes:
- we have now integrated the dashboard with our accounting system which means we can give full details of rental accounts so you can see net income and not just gross as it was previously. Displaying gross is purely a projection whereas now, the rental numbers you see are the actual values from the SPV accounts. Within each accounting tab on the properties, there is a monthly review by our property team so people can keep track easily.
- the structure of the dashboard has changed to house the next iteration of tech. We develop in 2 week sprints so each release is usually part of a wider development project. Without the changes you can see today, we wouldn't be able to go on to the next step which is to fully integrate the voting system (for tenant and other decisions) and a few other new concepts in the sector which we hope people will enjoy.
- the general view that is now displayed, we feel, gives investors a much clearer indication of the performance and status of their investments. Although a lot of these initial changes are cosmetic, we felt that the changes were necessary to give our investors the experience they deserve.
If anyone is viewing the new dashboard on mobile, there are a lot of optimisations needed next week.
Development takes time and we do it continuously to improve the service for our valued members. We always welcome any feedback and would very much appreciate any input from you both, or any other investors visiting the forum.
Have a great weekend.
Andrew

propertymoose : You seemed to have messed up your site completely, at the end of July I received an email about the purchase of SPV21 and it included a link to my documents section to enable me to download the share certificate for this property. This link now just take me to the property available page - I'm unable to find any link regarding my share certificate, for this or any other property. Could you please sort out these broken links or re-send the emails with the updated links. I've also emailed direct to PM

Hi Paul
I'll let the team come back to you in reply to your email. As outlined in our email to members, this new dashboard release was the first of a number of releases diarised to be made next week to get the dashboard fully operational.
The aggregated documents section was getting a bit unruly as peoples' portfolios were growing. Each individual property dashboard will now contain all of your investment documents so it is easy to keep track and have them organised. Once this has been updated, all you will need to do is go to the main dashboard and click on the relevant investment to find all the information and documents relating to that specific property.
Have a great weekend.
Kind regards
Andrew
