Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

At the time Dec2014 accounts were filed, I recall the following:
All loans up to and including PBL015 were drawndown. Up front interest was held on all loans. PBL016,017,018,& 019 were fully funded but hadn't drawn down. PBL020 was part funded (roughly 50%?).

Nice to see a couple of Young Guns on here Young? They look old from here... I'm even older (62)!! No mortgage and trying to get a decent income from my savings. Hence I am one of the victims of this Government's policies. I paid off my mortgage on time and saved hard all of my life so that I wouldn't be a burden on the state. What a mug!! Chris

And if anyone tells you life gets easier as you get older they are lying!! Chris

I was a bit worried before by the amount of shareholders funds, but seeing an increase of over 100 times in the year is a brilliant outcome. Not all startups have to spend years making losses to have an impressive growth rate.

Growth rate is great, but a quarter of a million in hand at Dec has to back up 37 million out on loan. Retained earnings will be greater now obviously, but they still seem vulnerable to a big loss on one of their big loans.
