I'd just like to say Thank You to andrewholgate and his team for taking the time to work steadily through the outstanding loans with "issues", and for communicating his way forward for each. |

Wow. Thank you! Nicest bit of feedback I've had for a while. It's been a touch bumpy but I did promise I was spring cleaning (turned into summer cleaning as well).
The actual praise is for the team at AC. They are the ones working hard, I just have the pleasure of managing them.

I think a well done should also be added for the massive improvements in communications recently. Even before the welcome changes to the Q&A, which seems to be working, it was noticeable that updates were being provided in a timely manner, nearly always when promised and with a well communicated indication (not always heeded by lenders I might add) of when the next update was due. In case where deadlines have not been met due to circumstances there has been a holding comment. An indication of the improvement is that most of the time these days I find the ‘raised eyebrows‘ are caused by lenders rather than AC. And a thanks from me too. I think its a very big plus point that one can get a response from a firm at director level to some problem or information. With another firm that I often express difficulties to I doubt whether my problem gets that far up the food chain.

I totally agree , thank you all at ac. Started with four peer to peer companies now reducing slowly to three all released monies going to ac , why because of the way you all respond to this forum. It must sometimes feel a thankless task but it shows to me commitment and passion by senior figures in the company to it long term future which makes me feel safer.Even like it when things said i do not like or want to hear,better the facts than some wishy washy statement to try and please all by making a meaningless non comment.
