I believe tile mode, at least on tablets and small screen devices (on some of which it is the ONLY option/default) is just plain broken. The list view, if/when you can get it, tells the truth. As an aside, I find it extremely annoying of web designers to insist on overriding user preferences like this... I have the "desktop view" option ticked in my android browser on my smart phone, because that's what I actually want to see - the exact same web page as on the desktop browser, not some fancy "mobile friendly" version that uses such huge text that I can barely fit anything on the screen at all! Although small, the smartphone has a nice high-resolution screen, and is perfectly capable of displaying the exact same page layout as on the desktop browser on most websites (and IMHO savingstream should at the very least permit me to switch into the "desktop" view when rotated into landscape mode). If, at some future time, my eyesight deteriorates to the point that I need a special "mobile" version of a website with a huge text size, I'm sure I'll be grateful of the work that goes into this, but until then it would be nice if web designers could respect my explicitly stated preference to use the "desktop view" on my smartphone.

Had an email from SS in which they acknowledge the tile view pre-funding bug and state they plan to fix it this week.

Hi Investor - Thanks for your table updates. I may be missing something but the prefund amounts for pbl116 and 118 differ from my allocations. I prefunded £3000 for each of pbl116-118 and was allocated £3000, £1100 and £3000 respectively.

Thanks for the info, updated So, unless I have missed any posts; 116 and 118 - no reports of any scaling back, did EVERYONE get what they pre-bid and hence there was a surplus? 117 - goldservice got scaled back to £1100 - was this a straight cap, or was there a hybrid (cap + percentage)? Did anyone get any higher? 119 - goldservice got scaled back to £4500 - was this a straight cap, or was there a hybrid (cap + percentage)? Did anyone get any higher?

I do like the LTVs on the pipeline all below 45% bar 1 at 57%, hopefully this will bring a few more peeps into SS, as long as the old stuff does repay "in days not weeks!"

Investor : Thanks for maintaining the table at the beginning of this thread. Is there a reason that PBL's 116, 117, 118, and 119 are not in the brown 'bottom-up' colour? (And inasmuch as SS have applied bottom-up allocation to some loans greater than £1M -- including tomorrow's PBL128 -- perhaps the sentence referring to £1M in the footnote needs to be deleted.) Are you hoping to bring the table up to date any time soon?

Hi, may I confirm if bottom up still only applies to sub 1M loans? I'm not sure how % model works ie for 1.2M pipeloan, is it just pro-rata everyone's bids, so a BH bidding 1M would leave the rest pennies? Thks.

All recent loans have been bottom up and I cant see this changing as Savingstream have a lot more investors now

All recent loans have been bottom up and I cant see this changing as Savingstream have a lot more investors now A lot depends on whether SS want to keep their BHs interested. If they think the BHs will be happy getting reasonably sized parts -- for them, anyway -- only on loans larger than £3-4M, then they can use bottom-up all the time. If not, and if they wish to retain their BHs, then they'll have to do something different.

I thought I was classed as a small investor (100% funded in bottom up mode) but in the last two or three I only got one at 100% and the other two at around 66%.
