People here sometimes mention to email savingstream or particular people? What is the email address? There is nothing on their website...
I have an issue with my bank transfer from yesterday not offsetting my BACS funding deficit today.

I wouldn't panic too much about deficits not being offset for a while (provided of course that your payments have turned up at least once!) ...mine are NEVER quick - I assume they're still having problems with my apostrophe, but I have at least now had reassurance from Tim that they will do manual checks before cancelling any investments.

Is there a non-0845 telephone number? Not that I know of but I sent them an email and asked them to ring me. They did so immediately. I do think their support desk is terrific...

I've emailed them and they resolve my issue within hours. I like the fact savingstream uses Zendesk to track customer issues, each has unique number in the subject. Definitely help both sides to keep track the conversation.

I'm waiting for a response, hopefully they will pick it up in the morning. I sold a loan part but the money hasn't been credited to my account, hence I can't clear my bacs deficit.

Has the loan part sold 100%? Until it gets there, you don't get cash. From parts I sold on Monday, it took an hour or so after getting to 100% before the money 'arrived'

From parts I sold on Monday, it took an hour or so after getting to 100% before the money 'arrived' With such a lot of selling it's almost certain that most sales fall victim to the 'earlier negative' issue at the moment. Got one of my own hanging as I write - had another one earlier that has now cleared. It's very likely someone else will put a chunk up for sale in your loan and clear it for you by tomorrow, regardless of whether or not SS do anything. The large amount of SM activity in the past week or two is making it happen much more regularly than it used to, but equally, getting them cleared automatically very quickly by just waiting a few hours/overnight without needing to even bother SS.

I might sell another £32 and clear the negative to see if it fixes it. Although the loan part says only 13.2% sold, which is not true, as the first 87% cleared an original deficit.
