Would really appreciate it if someone at SS could make a change to the above.
Both your advance on a deposit (i.e. your temp advance) and the actual BACS deposit receipt itself are both called Deposit.
Could you change your Deposit to, say, SS Deposit or such like as it is difficult to reconcile. It's manageable with infrequent use but as your user numbers grow and more transactions made it becomes unwieldy.
Personally I would like to see your Deposit shown as a debit, it would then cleanly show what is required from customer.

Slighty off topic, has anyone had issues with their account balances lately? I've had many issues the last 3-4 days where I have bought, sold, deposited & pre-funded various amonuts to rebalance the portfolio. I have had a mess up every day & had to fire off emails to SS to rectify, the latest this am as they seem to have totally missed a loan part sale (luckily I have their email confirmation of sale to hand). SS used to be very quick & accurate in rectifying issues like this once pointed put to them but, they have been slow & inaccurate lately! Is it just me?

But after sending an email about 4 stuck sales at 13.40pm, I just got a reply at 13.42pm saying it had been sorted. I can't complain at the speed of service!

I sold about 10 parts yesterday in older loans and bought 5 or 6 in newer ones. By early evening, all the cash had arrived back in my account and so I was able to offset the BACS deficit. Worked like clockwork for me.

It's been 2 days for me now & the sale is completely missing from my transactions so if it doesn't get sorted by midday tomorrow it will be a 5th email in 48 hours to SS
