T******* T******* C***** Downgraded because they're repaying and relisting.
FC seems to have defaulted it - FTW!

T******* T******* C***** Downgraded because they're repaying and relisting. FC seems to have defaulted it - FTW! I don't have this one, so can't see the comments, but in general if a company wishes to re-finance, the old one is downgraded to stop people selling it. Not because of default, but because some poor sap will end up buying it, and then make a loss (due to fees, premiums) when it instantly pays up. This is similar to the "you can't sell that, less than 4 payments left" clause. Not a default, I think.

"you can't sell that, less than 4 payments left" clause. I though it was only 1 payment left? might be wrong tho'

Think it's another FC glitch; it's gone directly into into my Bad Debt total.

'Please note that this loan has been defaulted in error and we are currently working on a fix to reverse this. The borrower will still be settling this loan in full as per the previous comment. Please accept our apologies for any confusion caused.'
SB 'Please accept our apologies for THE confusion caused'.
