I suppose they wrote this last Friday but didn't get around to sending it until today? So the Hackneys go live today/tomorrow? Or do we think they really mean next week?

- That development financing is being arranged with another lender and once that happens the SS loans will be repaid in full?

SS said a few weeks back that they were not going to provide development funding for this scheme 18/8 update FYI

Another lender is providing the development funding.
