Not with blueyonder, but same thing with plusnet. Recommended solution was to change your SS logon email.

We advise that you change your email address to a different provider on the SS platform. The issue is wholly at their end and nothing we can do.

Yes I have been having the same issues. I've raised a report with Virgin (yesterday) - not overly hopefully that anything will happen. In the meantime it looks as if using another email is going to be only workaround which is a bit of a pain. I do have another email with virginmedia (as opposed to Blueyonder) but I suspect that's going to have the same problem...
All v irritating!

Can SS advise how you do change your email address on the SS platform? - I'm looking at my a/c details (under "my Details") and I can't see any email recorded there to change?

Hi,
The new VirginMedia email system defaults to deleting "spam" emails.
It might be worth logging on to their Web Mail and changing the setting for this - you can direct to a spam folder or deliver to inbox marked as spam.

Hi, The new VirginMedia email system defaults to deleting "spam" emails. HTH Virgin will address the issue but need the address that the email is sent from and, if possible, the header (can you give us the senders address ( and rejected mail header would be handy) then we can get this looked into). Can anyone give me that info so I can get this dealt with or can savingstream provide this? I'm sure I'm not the only lender affected by this issue. Latest one I got... I had this issue about a month ago, and changed my email to my gmail account. I traced problem to Blueyonders move away from Google but have not progressed any further. I found that ss could reply to my emails but direct emails from ss got bounced. They sent me a sample bounced email which satisfied me that ss were in the clear.

I have just been switched to the new Virgin Media email system.
Yesterday, I logged onto the webmail and changed the spam settings to direct to the Spam folder. Default is to delete them.
Today, the Pre Fund emails from SS have turned up in there.
I have marked them as not spam and added the senders email address to my webmail contacts - support@savingstream.co.uk Hopefully, that will fix it..............

Let us know if that works, please. Mean time I've had SS replace my Blueyonder email address with a gmail one and am receiving emails again.

Bah - didn't work fully for me.
My emails from SavingStream are still ending up in spam despite added their email address as a contact.
For now, I've set my spam settings to send spam to the inbox but tagged as spam.
I'll report the issue to Virgin - I use an @ntlworld email address with them.

Yes Boom-or-Bust - my experience is the exact same as yours. That's got to be a virgin-media glitch - the emails should definitely come thru cleanly if the senders email address is added to the contact list. Irritating. edit - I'm also ntlworld btw.

I've just raised this problem on the VM support forum. Not the fastest way to get resolution but VM staff do look at it from time to time.
I too have an NTLworld address. I get about 50 emails through per day and generally speaking the SPAM filters are working quite well. Looking at the content and format of the SS mails they don't look that spam like apart from the opening line "congratulations"

I've had a reply from VM via their forum. They have said they are aware of issues with the Spam filters that they are looking at. They also say the best way to train the filter is to add support@savingstream.co.uk to the webmail contacts and keep clicking the "Not Spam" button - it should get the idea in due course! My last two SS emails have arrived correctly so maybe it has learnt for me.
