Here's another infinity pool with one of the students. She's very brave sitting there, it's a sheer drop of 1000 ft on the other side!!  |

PBL 59 - Liverpool : 'Primary lender has rescinded their offer of further finance for completely unrelated reasons' .... would be useful to know what those reasons were.

One of their other deals hasn't repaid on time so they are short of funds for this one, which has given us the opportunity to step in.

SS added another £100k to this loan this morning, so that makes the pre-fund about £2.1m £1.5m at best.
Maybe there's more to come.
Edit: Another £200k added by SS on 28 Sept in two £100k lumps, and another £100k on 29 Sept, and another £200k on 30 Sept, and another £100k on 2 Oct.

Is it just me or did someone else also notice that the contract with the College is effectively invalid?
Page 41 of the valuation report:
Owners Obligations
3.1 The owner will complete the project in line with the development plans ready for the start of the 2015/16 academic year.
This has passed for a while now and I presume the building is not finished and there will be no money coming in and the College might have another partner on top of all that.
Could anyone please shed some light on the current state of this contract?
Also a TC like forum or Q&A on the website would be a really nice feature...
