Got some PBL59 and PBL58 for sale earlier - PBL59 sold straight away but PBL58 is still at 0% sold, despite the amount of PBL59 available being about three times that of PBL58 for most of the day.
Is there anyway of telling if PBL58 has actually been sold and it is just 'stuck' in the SS system or if not sold, where I am in the queue to sell? Is their even a queue or is it at random?

Most of the PBL59 for sale will be underwriter units, so your parts take precedence over theirs. The PBL58 queue is likely all to be normal lender sales, ranked in the order they are listed. There's no easy way to tell where you are in the queue, unless you wait until there's nothing else available before you list.

Thanks Steve, suppose there is no way of cancelling a sale either?

It says none of my PBL 50 has sold (£500 was for sale) however when I sign into savings stream and check the marketplace it says it is fully funded and none is for sale. Can anyone check if this is the same for them?
Also, does that mean my loan part has sold but it is just not showing up in the savings stream system?

When you posted this, I logged in and took a look, and it was at £0 available.
However after browsing round a bit and checking again, there was £700 available - I grabbed a little and by the time I'd returned from Internet Banking it all seems to have been sold save for a few pennies.

The money will eventually turn up in your account, but if you want to you could email SS see thread and post here .

Same problem here but then I wasnt paying attention & put it up for sale when it was negative. Expected your sale to sort mine out (saw yours sell) but it didnt. Ive emailed SS to give it a poke but nothing has happened yet other than an automated acknowledgement

The same happened to me. I put two loan parts for PBL52 and PBL53 up for sale yesterday. Both loans show as fully funded on the respective loan pages, but my loan parts are still "unsold" and the funds have not been credited to my account. I emailed SS support yesterday, but I haven't received any answer yet. Not impressed...

Anyone progressed passed the 'Outstanding BACS Deficit' (whilst having an uncleared BACs deficit) email and what was the result?
The reason I ask is I still have PBL58 for sale which would cancel the BAC's deficit if it sold. So don't know how long I have to wait for that to sell before they cancel what I bought with the BACs?
I bought PBL59 with it, so not that fussed if lose it as can probably pick it back up again easily

Mine got resolved, but only after emailing SS support (and waiting 24 hours for an answer). If the loan part seems stuck there then it's unlikely to get resolved automatically. Worth an email to SS...
