Several loans have some quite lengthy stories attached, most recently is a delayed wind turbine. Please excuse if this question has been answered before, but what is the communication chain like with loans (in general)?
There's sometimes surveyers, introducers, relationship managers, recievers, and then AC, before things may reach lenders.
What's the usual chain of events and how is it supposed to work? At each stage it's forwarding emails or meets are arranged? What's the obligations of these middle men to confess that things aren't in order?
