What I don't understand about their model is that you can either have a fixed term or easy access both with the same interest rate. Why doesn't everybody choose the easy access?

Anyone investing here? Any thoughts?
Appreciate need deep pockets but lots of awards, expanding 'branch' network, 60% LTV and looks like they have a good strong background. Is this the way P2P could be going?
