Do you attempt DD on the loans and try to assess risk? If so rate these 6 loans. Green means below average risk, amber means average and red means above average (but could still be quite low in absolute terms)
Please ensure you make 6 votes, one for each loan.

Now.... bear with me. In IT development there's a relatively new approach called "agile". Essentially what this means is that you deliver small chunks of functionality rapidly and continuously. Put that to one side for the moment. One of its main underpinnings is the concept of a daily "stand up" meeting, where the whole team gather to discuss outstanding tasks. Everybody is invited to estimate how much effort / time a particular task is likely to take. More advanced methods include measures of confidence or risk etc. The team argues it out, with the outliers explaining their rationale first. At the end of projects, or stages, or deliveries you go back and look at what you got right, or wrong, and why. The thinking being that, over time, both individuals and the team as a whole become better at identifying risks, and better at estimating the amount of work required - the wisdom of crowds etc. Something like that might be quite interesting "here" .

Perhaps the most striking thing after 67 votes is the gloomy view of PBL58. Anyone want to elaborate?
