Just received a letter from zopa asking if I'm
"Thinking of making a special purchase? A zopa loan makes perfect sense.
...97% of borrowers love zopa and would recommend us."
Now I'm not someone who has ever taken out a loan, have never even used my overdraft. I wonder where they got my details from? Or if they are just spamming entire post codes?
If the campaign works, and increased borrowers sees increased returns to lenders, I may sign up.

Would anyone like to work out the conversion rate needed to make this profitable for Zopa? I suggest 20p for printing and delivery. Then you will need estimates of the average loan amount and Zopa's margin.

To be fair, the rates looked much more appealing than the 19.99% credit card junk mail the missus often gets.
I've trained her up over the years in the way of delayed gratification but she gets loads of spam mail.
If I needed a loan I would consider them.
