Is there any way to ensure that threads for specific sites are excluded from the Recent Threads view? There are a couple of sites that generate a lot of chatter that I am not invested in and don't intend to be, so it would be good not to have to open the threads just to mark them as read.

If there is 'chatter' there is often an opportunity, maybe you shouldn't be so keen to exclude other sites. For me it keeps me uptodate (good and bad) with all sites. Scrolling over those not interested in is easy and little downside to keeping an overall picture. However, it would be good to have which site the thread is for displayed as well as the title of the thread, I have learned to guess most of them, but it's not always easy

Maybe there are opportunities, but 6/11 threads this morning were about AC, with whom I have no intention of investing until and unless the complexity of the site reduces and they focus on the real business of lending money. So, perhaps you're right and I need to see the AC-related chatter die down to know when this has happened, but for now I'll just have to keep clicking on each thread and immediately hitting "Back".

After I've read what I want to read I clear everything else by marking them all as read. There is a link at the bottom of the home page - The recent threads list gets a lot shorter. John
