So a little while ago one of the properties got cancelled and we were made an offer to move to a new one at reduced fees, which I did and then totally forgot about  Just been paid a bonus related to these reduced fees and am very VERY happy at the amount....more than covers the hassle etc.... in fact I'm now wondering how I can try and spot other properties that will then need to be cancelled.....  And it certainly beats my recent experience of a property falling thru at THC.... yep I got my money back promptly but they'd had it for 3 months, earning zilch. |

If it's not ringing any bells and you didn't get an email about it then maybe you weren't invested in it... it was a mixed use property that got cancelled in early August and we were encouraged to transfer to the first of the L'pool semi-detached HMOs (I think) instead.

Thanks. I only invest in 2 year properties. I expect this was a 3 year one. I'm in SPVs: 5-11, 16,18, 23-25 and 27.

Well I couldn't have been involved in this one, didn't even know one had been cancelled, but good to know nobody lost out - gives me confidence in the platform
