It's sinking. No one seems coming to "save" this one.

The end time has been brought forward to 5pm. Are there any rules about how often and how many changes to the end time can be made?!

"You set it to end at WHAT time? And you'll still be in the office then? No, nor me. CHANGE IT AGAIN. I don't care. Just... change it."

A quick look at the stats for G*** *** f******** yesterday.
572 bids were made by only 102 bidders. There were 82 successful bids made by only 52 bidders
29 bidders had all bids accepted without rejects accounting for £27,100
16 bidders bid once only and were rejected.
So at the end about 59 bidders were fighting over £2,900

I have to agree with bjorn's post above. So what happens now that the loan hasn't filled? well there is this quote from another borrower currently asking for more! "We originally submitted a Business Plan to support a loan of £120K 5 months ago. As this had only achieved £73K after 30 days we decided to take the 73K" again only 123 individual bidders on SSL

I'm new to this platform - can SSL accept the 75% or is there a rule requiring the loan to be fully funded?

Hi all,
The borrower has been monitoring the take-up of the proposed loan and has contacted us to advise that he is happy to accept the funding offered to date, on the basis that he has sufficient contingency elsewhere to facilitate the completion of the refit and opening of the company’s 4th site.
The credit team are happy to add their endorsement that the lower loan amount will not adversely impact on the completion of the relative project and subsequently the ability to repay.
On this basis the loan will be considered complete at the current level.
Hope you all have a good weekend.
The LendingCrowd Credit Team

I'm quite new to LC. Can someone who has been here a while give me some idea of how likely and how quickly potential new loans shown as "current loan assessments" are to turn into actual loan auctions?
Thanks, Mark.

The current hotel borrower that's got a loan on auction gave a response that made me laugh/worry in equal measure ... a lender had asked about whether the hotel was freehold or leasehold to which the borrower's answer was:
"We are a freehold hotel in fact all hotels and bars in O***** and S******* are freehold due to none of the major breweries being based here"
So there you go ... lenders if you're interested in what sort of assets they hold, don't worry - they're not restricted in which beers they can serve you!

I know it is not terribly PC to say such things, but I have a policy not to employ, or lend money to, anyone whose application contains basic spelling errors.
Perhaps I am being unfair in that English may not be their first language, and in that case I would apologize but would recommend that when applying for a £60,000 investment they have their replies checked.
