In a rare confluence today akin to the recent lunar eclipse, the Net Earnings and (gross) Interest figures in my personal account are identical. For as long as I can recall, my SM profits and CB have outweighed the drag of FC fees and Losses, but 10851 has wiped out the advantage for now.
It set me wondering what the range of variation is across other Fruitcakes (Closet), just for interest. [no pun intended]
[My other account has Net Earnings at 118% of Interest, but this one was opened later and has yet to suffer a loss, despite some temporary RBR close-shaves]

gross % £5,520 net earnings £2,370. losses £2,125, RBR £1,500. moved nearly everything to ss where my diversification nas gone to pot, and to be honest my faith in the whole p2p is beginning to waiver. its alright putting money in every month, but once it turns into a big lump then you have something to lose, and the property sector is slowing down about now and if no one wants to buy the ltv wont mean jack

Gross interest £4800, losses £1100. Compared with the votes above looks like a good result with no "flipping". I have spent a lot of time on DD and have a wide spread of loans - my initial foray into FC was less robust and had higher losses but I think I learnt from it. In spite of the relatively good outcome, the prevalence of WLs, lack of financial info. fixed rates and the amount of time required means I have been in draw down for the past three months and now only invest in the property loans ( with a slight bias to Loands outside of the M25)
