I was in one p2p loan that was secured by over £2m of assets, but nothing was realised after the company was dissolved. Let me guess - a TC loan, where a plane failed it's related MOT test? Can't say overground Edit: It was an Extreme Junk loan

Rather more petitions for compulsory winding up are filed than winding up orders made. HMRC are by far the largest issuer of petitions, it is part of their debt collection process, IMO wait until after 19 September for any definitive news.

Petition for winding up from HMRC. Must add, that it's not our borrowers Ltd Company! It is, however, a company that he is attached to.

But he has gone very quiet since that post. Maybe he's been drinking CD's brandy and ended up in his cellar! Maybe he was an alter ego of a resident member... He isn't the first member to have been terminated gone "quiet"

I may be wrong, as I'm a relative newbie Mod, but I think the long-standing policy is that any forum membership sanctions applied by the Mod team (after appropriate warnings have been given and ignored) remain private with the member concerned unless there is a clear risk that other members may have been misled by their postings (eg. deliberately sharing false information, misrepresenting their identity, disguising their association with a platform / borrower / introducer / etc.)

Sorry Dude!!! Think that might be covered in Steve's post

The Borrower is continuing to discuss with us and we expect full repayment within the expected term. Due to be repaid today. I expect the money will go through this morning. Maybe the other one will repay today. Or maybe not.
