Moving existing loans to new structure
In order to move our existing loan book over to the new structure, we need to request that each borrower sign and agree to the new terms. We have discussed this with most of them and have not had any objections to the request. We will begin doing this and will indicate on the platform which structure each loan is in.

PBL53 completed today.
PBL59, 60, 61, 62, 63 all completed either last week & yesterday.

All cashback for applicable loans will be credited to investor's accounts today.

Tenanted Office Block in Somerset. Value £2.87m. Loan £2m. In legals, probable completion end of this week. We have purposefully slowed down this month, as September was extremely busy. We will start to increase the loan volumes again from next week.
