Do people even want some of the current stock of E offerings to draw down? Another E borrower has just been on the receiving end of a c.£56k CCJ, large enough to consume all the funds from its recently completed loan. FC appears to be asleep/oblivious/non-disclosing yet again. Would you be good enough to share the loan number concerned?

18043 Hairdresser - going fast! Gone but 18046 - Hotel is for £111,000 so you may have a bit longer. Frustratingly I've only got £19.95 spare cash.

I think we now know the identity of the E-loan with the CCJ as one had just been downgraded, and before its first repayment. Those affected, like me, will see the news in their comments. Some flippers may be getting their fingers burnt on this one if it proceeds to default!

Some flippers may be getting their fingers burnt on this one if it proceeds to default! I see that someone asked a fairly pointed question about this on the official FC forum earlier today. No doubt some poor soul has spent the afternoon trying to spot faulty checking.
It's not just flippers that will be getting their fingers burned by this one.

Given this event has happened before even the first payment and assuming it does not get dismissed, what come back is there because someone was telling porkies along the way ?
For anyone that bought 17063 from me yesterday I apologise, if its any consolation I still have a lot left and had really no idea, I just needed to raise some funds.

Perhaps with the E band there should be a title 'Loan to pay possible CCJ'. Autobidders would not mind, nor flippers, probably.

No, sold parts stops showing them when they are repaid or defaulted. Another example of transparency, NOT. Need to archive sales reports yourself if you want something to check transaction reports with.

Not sure if a record but pretty upside down to me. Sold an E part today 4 months into its life (although as a 12 monther a third its life) at below 9% which is less than half its original rate !!!
