Stopped checking for anything interesting before midday. Then saw the alert and assumed I'd missed out. What's going on??? 37 minutes and still not full.

If you intend to flip it should be ok if you hold your nose. A definite rejection for a full term hold without a charge on some serious personal assets - we just do not know the personal position of the owner (we might guess from the E).

It still seems to me that this thread is unnecessary as the same end can be achieved by refreshing the Loan Requests page. However, if one does use this thread, then would it work better if no comments other than alerts were posted - to avoid keen watchers getting false positives?

One thing to remember that just because a loan is a WL reject and therefore statistically it has a greater chance of going bad, each loan should be judged on its own merits. Just because a loan is a WL reject it should not automatically be treated like the plague, there may be many good reasons why a loan was rejected that are individual to the institution who rejected it and have no bearing on the quality of the loan.

InstitutionS I believe - afaik FC put them on the website for any of the WL buyers to take, first come first served, so if that's so then a reject has bounced more than once; but yes, no reason why a reject should not turn out to be OK, or why one they accept should not fail spectacularly (several have). Then again, you have a faint chance of drawing to an inside straight too. 8>.

Institutions might have a problem with non limited businesses. No visibility of the personal wealth/assets and no security.

I was basing my comment on one by Arbster On the Whole loans reject thread at 8.14am on Oct 13 Arbster stated that he was told by Fat Chickens that Whole Loans were only offered to One Institution. Sorry was not able to cut and paste the comment.

Sorry Arbster did not mean to offend, yes I should have said that it was implied. I am new to this and already upsetting everyone. A big sorry to anyone else, I upset just trying to get things straight in my mind so that I can make more informed decisions.
