I thought that part of the reason they changed to fixed rates was because it removed uncertainty for the borrowers. Did'nt FC say that? With fixed rates, all this could, and should, be sorted out beforehand, and there is then no reason why loan offers should be rejected, or why loans should not draw down immediately. Quite frankly, FC just waste our time with all this nonsense and give us the runaround.

For the same reason as a high percentage of Es don't - the rate's higher than they thought they'd be offered, so it's suddenly expensive money. If it IS drawn down, then it means that a business which looks relatively low-risk must have some reason why they can't access funds at sensible rates. Which, to me, sounds the "RUN AWAY" trumpet loudly. I assumed the company knew the grade and rate beforehand. I'm surprised they are allowed to veto it after the auction if that's what you mean. Of course if it was a mistake it should be void.

21925E £9,900 24m launched (at 15:05), filled, ended and drawn down in 20 minutes. Has Formerly Crawling discovered pre-acceptance?

Considering there are 500k loans that are borrowing from FC to pay FC (worse than borrowing from Peter to pay Paul in my book), I think 10k is a cheap lesson

21542 E filled in 3 minutes on 24th March, rejected 18 days later! Haven't had a 'thank you' yet from Fiddling Coffers for the interest free loan.

17063E Downgraded 4 December 2015 before first repayment. Risk band restored today - SELL!! Already done thanks. The two parts that I could not sell in time before the downgrade now gone. But they have missed no payments so far; so not an automatic sell. 18755 is the worry and I hope they just reinstate the risk band quietly in due course.

I see one single investor got 40% of E loan 21979. So much for the 20% rule. Oh why do Fictitious Clauses have rules and then make no attempt to police them?

Had a note from FC the other day asking me why I was withdrawing money. Since then I have thought of 2 more reasons: failure to apply the rules (as in this case) and the late settling property debacle (particularly annoying when you have other more profitable plans for the money.

I got the note too .. my reply was 'same as last time you asked me, only more so'. They are good at sending out surveymonkeys (sorry old grump!) but poor at interpreting/acting on the results.

As it's manual "enforcement" at best, they have to be prodded if they're going to do it at all. It's no issue to them unless it causes enough disgruntlement that it affects others' willingness to participate.

I had another "why" email too. I didn't waste time replying. They got all the reasons a month ago following the first one. GSV3MIaC No apology necessary. Like those who can't tell difference compare the market and compare the meerkat, others can't differentiate surveymonkey with savvymonkey*. *savvy most of the time, including this one. I've mentioned elsewhere the two places I've received a stung rump on AC.

Not surprising because our cat thinks he is a human, or does he think we are cats? (Chameleon or shape shifter? - that's the question.)

I got my first email recently, after my fifth? withdrawal (and after a subsequent deposit for an arbitrage opportunity).

There is a £2000 bid by ZI, £860 by DR, £500 by SS, £320 by AF and plenty of multiples by the 'usual suspects' but I can't see anyone near to getting 40%.
