I'm looking forward to the first "E" that needs cashback to fill...

I put 40 in the boat purchase At least they are making decent profit. In case of the 17261 I can't see how they can repay this loan as it will take all their profits and more for the next 5 years.

Avoid 17318 E £38,900 - they have existing loans on REBS which they recently could only make interest only repayments for several months and then had to restructure, extending the loan term and reducing the month payments. The REBS loan isn't disclosed on FC. Looks like robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Can you share bit more details on REBS loan (amount, interests, term). {Edit}: I can see in the Q&A that it is £42,000 loan {/Edit}I put £20, as the finances looked ok-ish. Only because there was no other debt.

Something around £40k capital outstanding of the original £57k loan. AER 16.67% OK Thanks. Fran at FC advised me that any existing loan with a third party should be shown in the financial information if it exceeds £25k. This one doesn't smell too good.

As I understand it current policy is that it's new loans taken out in the last 12 months.
