you now don't need to be logged in to see the aftermarket listings; and we've added paging to the historic loans list.
You whinged made valid suggestions, we listened.

You whinged made valid suggestions, we listened. And I, for one, really do appreciate that.

I like the fact I don't need to login anymore to see what's on the aftermarket

I like the fact I don't need to login anymore to see what's on the aftermarket You mean that you don't need to log in anymore to see that there's nothing on the aftermarket? On a related issue, I pay more attention to sites that let you see details without logging in compared to the rest. Despite all its faults, FC does show you what's on offer before you buy!

There may be nothing available at the moment, but earlier today there were parts of four different loans available. Unless it's an underwriter offering a large chunk, however, you have to be relatively quick to pick up something before someone else does and it's gone. This morning I saw a loan part I wanted to pick up but by the time I had selected it and tried to confirm my purchase someone else already had bought it.

I only remember seeing one for optical loan! Obviously need to invest in some glasses

One things for certain, you gotta strike quickly.

In addition to the Optical loan, there was some L****<moderated>, some A****<moderated>, and I saw one part of J******t**<moderated> that disappeared very shortly after I first saw it. I never saw the ones that agent69 mentioned from yesterday, but these things do get snapped up pretty quickly. It's a matter of being in the right place at the right time -- and having some cash available in your account.

With no charges to worry about, AC's secondary is about the only place where 'buy now think later', makes sense. It's also nice to know that if in urgent need of funds selling on AC's secondary market is rapid. Just come of the FC thread where we have been debating the apparent slowness of their secondary market at the moment.

Possibly down to the fact that all FC's money is being moved to AC! With the two current large loans, there'll be plenty of units to pick up for migratory FCers on their way to becoming fully fledged ACers. Not forgetting the H*****y loan which I'm sure underwriters will flood the aftermarket with once it's drawn down. Happy days
