Any news about this one? Next payment is due on the 30th October. Well, it's been RBR'd, but isn't late or defaulted. Sometimes these CCJ's are erroneous, and the rate band is eventually restored. Not always though. We'll just have to see whether they pay on 30th October.

It was there already. I do not know if it will be allowed to sell at the moment. You cannot sell it until the risk band is restored. And it must not be behind with any payment. There is no reason that the 30 Oct payment should not be made. If it is a CCJ then once that is either set aside or paid the band should be reinstated.

How long does it usually take for reinstating the risk band? I want to be able to sell this quickly.

I had a couple that were RBR due to CCJs...and still paying. Eventually sent an email to FC asking if there was any update as it had been 3/6weeks since they'd last put a comment on the loan saying they were awaiting clarification from the borrower. Both got reinstated pretty quickly....ie someone obviously hadn't bothered to check/update. So I suspect yours may not get updated until someone asks...

Risk band reinstated and my holdings sold quickly on the SM having been listed at par.
