Actions - Bookmark, I believe (from within the thread in question)
(Making sure your Profile - Edit Profile - Notifications is set to tell you when a Bookmarked thread is updated)

Actions - Remove Bookmark, probably. Um I realise now that wasn't what I wanted - there are a couple of threads which I have participated in which no logre interest me, those are what I wanted to unsubscribe from. Not lurking at all. Sorry.
