PBL 64 is expected to complete on Monday. Funds have been sent to lawyers. This is the first loan which will be under the new structure.
PIPELINE LOANS
We have had a quiet month to allow everyone to recover from September (our busiest month). However, we have various loans coming through the pipeline and should have at least £10m available in the forthcoming weeks.
