Hello, newbie questions here: I've invested in MLIA, I can see full amount is invested but then <£0,01 (1.3E-19) is "Awaiting Investment"? How can it be? What is that? On GEIA, GBBA, QAA I've invested some money but all of it is "Awaiting investment". So are they earning interest or not? How can I see whether there is any space for investment in those accounts? Why is nobody investing in available loans: - Midlands Trade Finance Provider Loan 1 - 5
- Leeds Commercial Property
- 'Expat Lend to Let' Mortgage number 1
- North London Commercial Property Loan
Also are there any prospects on new loans? I'm on couple of other platforms but I found AC the most difficult to understand ... Although they are the fastest (< 1h) to confirm my deposits.

I've invested in MLIA, I can see full amount is invested but then <£0,01 (1.3E-19) is "Awaiting Investment"? How can it be? What is that? As there is no minimum unit size on AC they need a way to make sure our interest is fair so they use fractions of a penny, sometimes the rounding is confusing. Don't worry about that. On GEIA, GBBA, QAA I've invested some money but all of it is "Awaiting investment". So are they earning interest or not? How can I see whether there is any space for investment in those accounts? No. On the QAA you can click the identity symbol and see your queue position. There isn't a simple way to understand the other two. You have joined AC at a very quiet time. There is much need for new loans.
The first on your list has unusual security, many people don't like it because it isn't a house. Others think it is okay, but they are large and there will be more coming soon. The third has a low rate. I think that the other two have had some sort of credit event. You can see new loans on the browse loans page, and then select upcoming. Not much is the simple answer. If you read a couple of other threads you will see that in the next few months there will be many, many new loans totalling many millions of pounds, we'll believe it when we see it, but if it does come most will be delighted. It isn't as straight forward as some other sites as the settings are very flexible. You can buy and sell on the secondary market with no fees and little effort, most of it is never visible and you can set targets for existing loans and you might well get some.

This "Queue" information not easy to find. Had to click all over my dashboard to find it.
So my investments are on positions between 8k and 10k. So I guess not much hope ever to be invested in any of those....
What's the point of AC to update the info page about those accounts (latest email from them) if nobody can invest in them.

There'll be a shift in the queue tomorrow which should move you much closer to the front. Also once the current slow down in loan origination passes the accounts will be much more liquid, working as designed instead of as you currently see with a huge wall of cash awaiting deployment.

If and when we get a decent flow of new loans, the queues for the other accounts should start moving. Until then they will be glacial. [Edit: crossed with chris]
