Which of the main P2P's give instant returns (ie interest from date you invest) and which do you have to wait for the loan to draw down before interest starts to be paid?
Thanks

There is around £1m available on AC instantly. However care need to be taken as these are ones where existing lenders had had enough of (5 are from one borrower), never liked or have currently (or in the past) had an issue. But they still might be of some interest to new lenders. Do your research and read the document, activity logs and Q&As to get complete picture. Rates between 6.75% and 13%.
Clearly not a recommendation and for clarity I don't have any of them up for sale.

Interest can be earned from day 1 with RateSetter as well, as long as you're happy to put money at the front of the lending queue (also usually with Market Rate as well).

Ablrate list some loans as having instant returns but some of their loans have not had IR attached and interest on those loans has commenced from drawdown. They do make this clear on the loan listing

Mintos - they are a marketplace for different established loan originators that are balance sheet lenders, hence all the loans on the platform is pre-funded and you can invest into a part of the loan.

Whilst I appreciate the question referred to immediately as once you invest, however it's hard to say it's immediate in my opinion if there's nothing to invest in for large periods of time.
