I would also like to know who has a million plus in P2P. I want to marry them. Gender immaterial. Just a few documents to sign.... <frantically reduces investment>

Perhaps a separate poll could be useful to determine the exact number of totally confused/whole nutters/part nutters etc, among us all But could we trust self-certification? No need to trust self-certification. Just count the number of voters in favourite and best P2P platform polls and use the number who vote for the most popular platforms. It's a competitive market for investors so doing anything to identify the best deals is self-defeating.

100k-1m, is far too wide. We need a like for like poll with the earlier one.

I agree - I don't see what you can do with the results of this poll, as you could be almost a factor of 10 out depending whether you assume people were at the top, bottom or middle of each option.

Just spent a year watching it happen to number one son. He was taken for everything he had, and the child bride and I now have a personal interest in half his house....

Does RateSetter have a histogram of loan amount against frequency? I suspect that there would be a peak in the £1k to £10k range and this would tail off towards the £1million mark, but there would be another peak at >£1million.

Although I'm not sure if we'd want to publish this. I'll ask..... Although we'd probably exclude the £1m plus lenders just for competitive reasons (and my wife won't be happy ).

I forgot to ask.... Probably because I know the answer will be no. The size of lender profile is marginally commercially sensitive. And doesn't provide you any reassurance that you should become a larger lender.... AltFi.com have just published some more analysis into the type of lender and borrower: www.altfi.com/article/1527_business_loans_make_up_40_of_ratesetter_loan_book£21,251 is the average lender balance, made up primarily of individuals and some SMEs: Attachment Deleted
