Not sure if i'm going mad or i missed it.
There were 4 pipeline loans.
Two at stage 4 and Two at stage 2
Now there are:
One at Stage 4 and Three at Stage 2
Options:
a) Did i miss the stage 4 one and another stage 2 one come along
b) A loan went from stage 4 to 2
c) i'm going mad
Answers on a postcard please

Those options aren't mutually exclusive - option c) could be valid withe either of the other two  Not sure when you last checked - did you notice that a new loan went out on Wednesday? I think it is probably option a) if you didn't. (I've been out of touch myself the last couple of days, so don't remember exactly which ones were in the list earlier in the week. |

We have added a list of stages to the 'Pipeline Loans' tab.
Our latest live loan from Wednesday was listed in the pipeline only for several hours before it went live for funding.
The 'Pipeline Loans' tab is intended to give investors an idea as to what upcoming loans may be available for investment.
It is not known how long loans will stay in the pipeline, as progressing through the loan stages is entirely at the borrowers discretion.
We will remove loans if the borrower no longer wants to proceed.
Likewise if the borrower is urgently needing the funds and the valuation survey is conducted quickly and documentation is signed quickly we can have loans go live that are only listed for a very short time in the 'Pipeline loans' section.

I'm afraid you did. IIRC, SS have said that it took only about 20 minutes to fund the loan once it became available to lenders.
