I have just received an email from Landbay advertising a new customer referral incentive that runs until 31st December. Open a new account via a referral from an existing Landbay lender (I'm happy to help if you PM me your email address) and invest £1000 to receive £50 cashback.
Landbay offer 2 products, both secured against high quality buy-to-let mortgages and backed by their provision fund. Choice between the 3.5% BBR tracker (interest paid monthly, withdrawals generally within a day or 2) or a 4.2% 3 year fixed rate.
I have used the 3.5% BBR tracker product for some time as a minimal effort and more liquid alternative to Ratesetter's 30 day market (also similar in profile to Assetz Capital's QAA, although your money is invested immediately with Landbay).

If there is a short term product, does the offer have a minimum term to hold it for?

I believe you're expected to keep a minimum balance of £1050 invested for 12 months (ie your initial £1000 investment plus the £50 CB)

So effectively 8.5% return on £1000 then?
Not quite attractive enough for me, sorry
