[Probably worth a dedicated thread, given the number of borrowers looking to refinance onto lower rates these days]

I'm surprised it has taken them so long to take advantage of this change. Action is obvious, as the capital comes back move it to a different P2P

These days whenever I run a DB consolidation against the newest loan book I seem to come up with more than a dozen a week which have (newly) repaid early. For a giggle check out the number of 'repaid' 60 month loans, and then go figure when 60 month loans were first issued, and square the circle. The loan book is no use at all in that regard, since it always gives the repayment date as start date + term (which you can figure out yourself without resorting to calculus) .. many of these repaid loans have repayment dates which won't happen for years yet. 8<.

I wish that 14481 repays early. At least I will get my money back.

My comments list shows
7232 (on 12/11/15) - A 15267 (on 9/11/15) - A
However they don't all follow through - I also have
7445 on (18/9/15) - D 6600 (on 3/9/15) - C 8335 (on 24/7/15) - C 6251 (on 18/8/14) - B
The first 3 are continuing to service their loans OK, but 6251 went on to default in the autumn last year with very small recoveries during the year although we are promised a bigger lump soon (~30%). I haven't kept a note of who does finish early when they say they are going to, but I have also had a number finish early in the last month or so with no warning.
