This is a courtesy email to let you know that we are aiming to publish a short paper tomorrow to begin a discussion about possible changes to FCA rules in light of the Government’s plans to allow ISA investment into P2P agreements and to make advice to invest in P2P agreements a regulated activity.
We will start with a high-level discussion about aspects we may wish to cover and, after the Government has published the legislation, will publish a second paper that includes draft rules for consultation.
