When you add to an existing investment, the new amount is added to the existing amount on the same line as the original investment in My Investments. Thus the Date of Investment is actually the Date of First Investment. But, worryingly, the Assignment Agreement is not changed - i.e., it only contains the original investment. I e-mailed this to Twino on 27/10/2015 and they said that they would fix it, but it is still not corrected. I have e-mailed them again today to ask when it will be fixed.

Am I taking extra leverage ? There often seems to be payments made and then later removed (corrected), resulting in you maybe having a negative balance if you have already re-invested the payment.

I have e-mailed them twice asking when the error will be fixed, but got no reply. They have obviously been working on the Assignment Agreement as it now contains the (new) 30-day buyback guarantee. The guarantee was not mentioned in the document before. But the multiple-purchase issue is still there as I tested it again this morning. They have now added some sorting options to My Investments and what was Date of Investment is now just Date.

I e-mailed Jevgenijs directly and got a very swift reply: "Many thanks for reaching out and reporting this issue. I have assigned our lead engineer to it, as obviously it’s a high priority issue.
We have designed the solution in the following way:
- Each investment will be shown separately under My investments section (i.e. if one invested twice into the same loan there will be two items listed)
- Each investment will have a separate agreement dated by the purchase date
- Investors will be able to sell each investment separately, and the system will generate a sales agreement.
- We will generate missing agreements for the unaccounted investments (meaning, for the second investments made into the same loan)
It is a fundamental change to the platform, so I’d expect the development works to take approximately two weeks. However, we will release the solution immediately, in case we manage to complete it faster.
My sincerest apologies for this issue and please let me know if you have further questions."

If you open a second window to do a purchase so as not to lose the available investments in the first window (by right-clicking on the desired loan), the Available Balance is not updated in the first window after the purchase. If you reload this window, you get a blank screen. If you point to the Available Balance, there seems to be an app associated with it, but when you click on it, nothing happens. It would be useful if this app updated the Available Balance.

- From today, if you make additional investment into the same loan, this investment will be shown separately under “My Investments” section;
- For the investments made prior to today, we included the additional amount into the same assignment agreement (so the same agreement accounts for both the initial and the follow-up investment(s) into the loan).
Apologies for the delay with this fix and let me know if you have any questions.
